Good Communication Skills – a lot of people are going to be looking for your team for help so you need to be able to speak to them and give them helpful feedback. for example if somebody you were talking to over the phone had a problem then you would have to point out the solution and help them to achieve it.
Time Effective – with the amount of work you will get every body wants to be fixed quickly and done to a good standard and with the amount of work piling up there is no time not to be doing it. For example multitasking is a good trait and can help you get through a lot of work at a time.
Motivated and strong willed – this job will not be a walk in the park it will get difficult and you have to be strong willed as there will be a lot of high expectations set for you and you need to be motivated and beat the expectations with your best work not lazy work. For example if you hit a snag then you should be able to get motivated and get through it.
Well Organised – The work will start to pile up and it will all be different so you need to organise it well if you want to stay on top of it. You have to be able to know what you are doing and what you have to do, and you should be able to find it without any problems.
Hard Worker- a requirement in all jobs is that you work hard and the same is expected here because as a company, we are looking for people who will be willing to work hard for their job. for example somebody might be challenging you for your job and you have to be able to show your better
